Harmless taunting between friends has been suggested to positively influence motivation levels for physical activity. While not scientifically proven, the idea behind Steps is to integrate a fitness aspect into an engaging, vivid design. This app offers a platform for users to compete in step challenges using data from the Apple Health app.

 <li>– Games run from Monday 12AM to Sunday 5PM in local time. The app showcases the cumulative steps of participants until that point in the week.</li>

Get Taunting

 <li>Two ways to taunt others:</li>
 <ol>
 <li>Set a customized player name, opt for a whimsical randomly generated alias, or frequently change it to keep friends on their toes.</li>
 <li>Share the leaderboard with friends. Participants receive personalized, randomly generated messages based on their leaderboard position.</li>
 </ol>
